Offloading Goods
Forklift trucks and platform lifts must be ordered in advance. It is forbidden to drive a forklift in the halls. As soon as you have finished offloading you must remove your vehicle from the gates to allow other exhibitors to offload their goods. Rent of forklift incl. a driver DKK 450, - per hour. Rent of forklift or platform lift please contact your fair organiser.
Packaging
There are facilities for storing empty packaging. Card boxes etc. may not be kept in the halls due to fire regulations. Litter must be deposited in the refuse bags distributed by us and left outside your stand every night / when you leave.
Parking
Parking is free of charge at P-Vest and P-Nord, but only in parking spaces marked with DGI Husets signs (from P-14). Exhibitors’ vehicles MUST be parked as far away from the main entrance as possible during the fair so that visitors can park their cars conveniently. The parking space has a 3-hour limit but please enter your cars´ registration number in the reception the first day of arrival and your car will be free of time limit. Parking in front of the gates is forbidden due to fire regulations.
Serving Beverages
Only the fair’s caterer may serve beverages. Exhibitors wishing to obtain dispensation from this rule must make separate arrangements with the caterer. You can reach the caterer at +45 7644 6000.
Sign
Nord-Fair will mount a standard sign with your company name on the frieze of your stand. The sign belongs to Nord-Fair. Extra signs can be ordered on the order form.
Miscellaneous
Permission to use disturbing flashing lights and live music etc. must be obtained from Nord-Fair before the fair. This also applies to demonstration of noisy machines, etc. Live animals may not be used as exhibits or for demonstration purposes.
Political or ideological propaganda is prohibited. This also applies to advertising which, in the opinion of the organizer, is offensive or provocative, or contains misguiding or openly incorrect ascertains, or which must be regarded as being in contravention of the existing legislation or of the international advertising code.
